1) IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED? * No a deposit is not required. Visa,Mastercard,Discover and cash are accepted forms of payment
2) IS LETS GET BOUNCIN LICENSED AND INSURED? * Yes Lets Get Bouncin Inc is licensed and insured for all city and county parks. All individuals that rent a bounce house or other equipment are required to sign a liability waiver.
3) WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION? * No problem you can call or email to cancel there is no cancellation fee.
4) HOW LONG DO I GET MY RENTAL FOR? * Rentals are for the whole day we do not offer half day rental fees. If you would like a specific drop off or pick up time we recommend reserving as early as possible to ensure you get your desired time preference.
5) ARE THE UNITS BEING RENTED SANITIZED? * Yes every unit and rental item is sanitized after each use.
6) WHAT IF THE PARK I AM HAVING THE PARTY AT DOES NOT HAVE POWER? * We offer a generator to rent for $50 if you are unsure if the park as power we would be more than happy to look with enough notice.
7) HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AND WHAT DO I NEED TO RESERVE? * You can call 772-812-2777 or email us at Letsgetbouncin@aol.com to reserve. When making a reservation have the person's name that is renting, address, contact phone number(s),date, time and what you are reserving. You will receive a call 1-2 days prior to your reservation to confirm.
8) IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE IF I AM JUST RENTING TABLES AND CHAIRS? CAN THEY BE PICKED UP? * Yes there is a delivery fee for just table and chair rentals it is determined by the destination of the delivery. Yes you are welcome to pick up and return the tables and chairs at no additional fee.
9) HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR A BOUNCE HOUSE AND WHAT IS THE IDEAL LOCATION FOR IT? * A 15' X 15' BOUNCE HOUSE REQUIRES AN AREA THAT IS 20' X 20' AND NEEDS TO HAVE A VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF 15' - 22'. THE COMBO REQUIRES A 20' X 25' AREA. THE IDEAL LOCATION FOR THE SET UP IS A GRASSY LOCATION. HOWEVER IF THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE PLEASE MENTION IT WHILE MAKING THE RESERVATION SO THE PROPER ANCHORING EQUIPMENT CAN BE USED.
10) DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AN EXTENSION CORD AND WHAT TYPE OF OUTLET IS NEEDED? * We supply the extension cords. A standard 110 outlet is used to operate the bounce house. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet that the bounce house is connected to.
11) WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMITS FOR THE BOUNCE HOUSE? * AGES 3 - 8 ......... 8 - 10 CHILDREN AGES 9 - 12 ........ 6 - 7 CHILDREN (MAXIMUM WEIGHT 850LBS) AGES 13 - 16 ........ 4 - 6 CHILDREN COMBO UNIT MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 750 LBS WATER SLIDE MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 250 LBS AND ONE RIDER AT A TIME
12) IS THERE ANY THING THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF? * No food,drinks,gum, candy, toys or Silly String inside the inflatable at any time.
